By joining the Total Preparedness Program you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Membership Access
Membership grants you personal non-transferable access to Total Preparedness Program content. You may not share your login credentials with any other person. You may not redistribute, resell, or share program content in any form without written permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the program for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from program content. You agree not to attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorized membership level.

Payment and Billing
Monthly members are billed on a recurring basis at their locked membership rate. Lifetime members make a single one time payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By completing your purchase you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to suburbanprepper@suburbanprepper.com. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds from members who have accessed a substantial portion of program content.

Intellectual Property
All content in the Total Preparedness Program including videos, written materials, scripts, graphics, and images is the intellectual property of Suburban Prepper and is protected by United States copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms without refund. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting suburbanprepper@suburbanprepper.com.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Total Preparedness Program provides educational content only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the program shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Indiana.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
