The Total Preparedness Program offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all new members.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at suburbanprepper@suburbanprepper.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your name, email address used for purchase, and order number if available. We will process your refund promptly without requiring any explanation.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be honored. Lifetime access purchases are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase only. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from members who have accessed a substantial portion of program content.

Cancellation
Monthly members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by emailing suburbanprepper@suburbanprepper.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 30 day guarantee window.
